They bring to their classes a broad spectrum of expertise and many years of work experience.

To ensure that students' learning needs are adequately met, SHINES College has maintained a teacher to student ratio at 1:25 (for undergraduate/post-graduate programs) and 1:40 (for Diploma/Advanced Diploma Programs) with support from our 10 full-time lecturers.

The Academic Committee of SHINES College appoints external examiners from partner universities to ensure that high academic standards are maintained in all programs. Appointed external examiners moderate the standard of assessments, provide constructive recommendations to improve the course presentations and bring a global perspective to our programs.
